Purpose
To foster a social organization of members with a common interest in riding motorcycles for pleasure, travel, touring, and vacationing for the purpose of community, ride companionship, sharing adventures, and enriching the riding experience.
Our club offers
A clubhouse available for use by members for club activities and personal gatherings.
A social outlet for people with common interests in motorcycling.
The opportunity to participate in the planning of activities, agendas, rides, and the overall management and direction of the club.
A way for families to participate in some of the social aspects of the motorcycle experience.
A vehicle for enabling other riders to join on rides, overnighters, camping rides, vacation travels, and even other major adventure rides.
The opportunity to share riding experiences, maintenance & performance tips, travels, and historical perspectives with other experienced motorcyclists.
The opportunity to exchange safety, riding technique, and performance ideas with riders of American, Asian, and European motorcycles.
Membership in the Golden Eagles Motorcycle Club
The G.E.M.C. welcomes riders of any gender, race, or religion and motorcycles of any origin. The club promotes family involvement, safety, and the advancement of our sport. Membership requirements:
Submit a completed application and a $10 application fee (minimum age: 21).
Attend three meetings.
Ride on any two designated club rides.
At the next business meeting after these criteria have been met, the general membership will vote on your acceptance. After being voted in, you may purchase GEMC shirts and other club apparel to be worn with pride.
Annual GEMC dues are $30 per year, per person. AMA membership is $39 annually for full membership and $15 for an associate membership. GEMC members must also be members of the AMA.
